Is your forex brokerage trading against you??

Believe it or not, many forex brokerages out there today actually take the exact opposite trade that each trader takes in their own account!  They do this automatically with a software program since they assume most traders will lose money and they will therefore earn ALL of your hard earned money as pure profit, NOT just the bid/ask spread or commission/swap rates.  Imagine the pure profits a company can make where the vast majority of traders lose their funds when the simply take your losses and income!  These "bucketshops" as they are called are taking a risk by putting on a counter-trade, but usually it pays off for them over time.  Those who it does not pay off for often close up in a short amount of time.

Trading with a reputable broker is key to any traders long term success in the forex markets.  We have put our preferred companies through many tests over time and they have all passed with ease.  It is important to know the difference between a "market maker" company vs. an "ECN" or "Straight Through" company.  More to come...
